 ON CALL/CARE OUT OF HOURS PROVIDERS The practice out of hours cover (nights, weekends and Bank Holidays) is provided by BUC (Buckinghamshire Urgent Care). If you call our EMERGENCY LINE (01494 782101) out of hours, your call will be automatically transferred and answered by a trained operator at BUC headquarters. The operator will arrange the most appropriate action for you. Your call may be answered or managed by a triage nurse or a duty doctor. You may be requested to visit the primary care centre or receive a visit from a mobile doctor if necessary. Your calls to BUC will be recorded.
