ON CALL /CARE OUT OF HOURS PROVIDERS
The practice out of hours cover (nights, weekends and Bank Holidays) is provided by BUC (Buckinghamshire Urgent Care). If you call our
EMERGENCY LINE (01494 782101) out of hours, your call will be automatically transferred and answered
by a trained operator at BUC headquarters. The operator will arrange the most appropriate
action for you. Your call may be answered or managed by a triage nurse or a duty doctor.
You may be requested to visit the primary care centre or receive a visit from a mobile doctor if necessary. Your calls to BUC will be recorded.
DISABLED ACCESS
Wheelchair access to the building is through the main door. A WC is available
for use by disabled patients. If you are disabled and need assistance please ask
a member of staff who will be pleased to assist.
VISITORS FROM ABROAD
We are happy to see visitors from abroad by appointment. Patients should be aware that a charge might be incurred for visitors attending for non-emergency healthcare.
