RECEPTION:	MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.00am - 6.30pm (CLOSED SAT & SUN)
SURGERY TIMES:	MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9.00 - 11.30am & 4.00 - 5.30pm

The phone lines are open from 8.30am - 6.30pm but are closed between 1.00 - 2.00pm daily, although the EMERGENCY LINE (01494 782101) remains open at all times.

WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE

This website aims to give you information about the practice, how to see a doctor and the services we provide. The New Surgery is situated in the north part of Chesham. The surgery is accessed via Lindo Close (off Stanley Avenue) to the front of the building and via Treacher's Close to the back. There is parking for patients both to the front and back of the surgery. All consulting rooms are on the ground floor with wheelchair access. The practice is part of the Chiltern and South Bucks Primary Care Trust, which is part of the NHS.
