Routine GP and general nurse appointments are for 10 minutes approximately.
EXTENDED HOURS:
Extra sessions are now offered at certain times on a rota basis only (varies from week to week). Early morning sessions start at 7.20am, late evening sessions start at 6.30pm and Saturday morning sessions at 8.20am approximately.
All appointments for extended hours sessions must be pre-booked and are offered as routine appointments (10 minutes approximately).
The phone lines are open from 8.30am - 6.00pm but are closed between 1.00 - 2.00pm
daily, although the EMERGENCY LINE (01494 782101) remains open at all times.

PRACTICE
This
website aims to give you information about the practice, how to see a doctor
and the services we provide. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful
and informative. The New Surgery is situated in the north part of
Chesham. The surgery is accessed via Lindo Close (off Stanley Avenue) to the
front of the building and via Treacher's Close to the back. There is parking
for patients both to the front and back of the surgery. All consulting rooms
are on the ground floor with wheelchair access. The practice is part of the Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust, which is part of the NHS.
